Stainless steel overflow vent cap for dishwasher?
We're remodeling our kitchen and are about to have granite and new sink installed. The old "vent cap" is white and plastic, to match the old faucet and sink. We're putting in stainless steel.
Do the home improvement stores sell these caps separately? The sink didn't come with anything, and we haven't purchased the faucet yet.
It's called an Air Gap for dishwashers. Home Depot should have it. Here's a link to show you what they are so you can call your local store and check on availability. They cost anywhere from $4 to $30 depending upon the configuration and "style" of metal you need.
