I have thin, damaged hair, help! ?
I have thin, straight hair and I have definitely over worked it when styling it. Blow dryer...then the straightener to flip out the front, in some ways I do a seventies look, a little farah faucet. But anyway, I really need to know what kind of pills or maybe some special shampoo i can use to get my hair looking healthy and shiny, and maybe even thicker. My mom is 45 and has gorgeous hair, that gene was given to my older brother and stopped there. I am only 15 and I am scared my hair will look atrocious by the time I'm my moms age and I really don't want that. So any tips and/or product suggestions would be helpful. Thanks so much in advance. 
i get my hair trimmed every 2-3 months.
i use leave in conditioner.
i am just recently using a heat tamer
and i do not straighten my hair as often because i go to an all girls school so its pointless.
but anyway ya there is some extra info
get something to protect your hair!!
you're ruining it with the straightener and the blow dryer!
go to a salon shop and ask for some heat protectant
and a treatment for your hair and it should improve if you back off on the straghtener and blow dryer
