Putting in a new shower/tub?
Okay we are turning an old room into a new master bath. We are DIYing it we have some people who have some plumbing experiance but I am trying to purchase the tub. We are placing tile as the surrond. It will be a corner mount tub. But I would like to have the faucet and shower head all on the wall but most tubs i have looked out have the roman mount system. I need to know how difficult this process is to run the roman system and a shower head on the wall. Or should I just call the plumer.
It's not complicated at all for someone who has basic plumbing skills. The key to how smooth it goes is access behind your walls. It sounds like you have full access if you're planning on tiling the surrounds. What you want is not common, but the setup is very basic.
