Warm water coming out of cold faucet.
I have recently moved to a new home and the gas water heater is located in the attic. I have noticed that all of my cold Water Faucets start out cold for a few seconds and then the water starts to get warm but not hot. What could be the problem?

You need a check valve put on your water heater.The preasure dif is causeing a back flow.Jus get hubby to put one on should take 5 min
